At SplitFire Graphics LLC, we are committed to delivering professional web design services that align with your brand and business goals. This policy ensures a seamless and transparent process for website design, hosting, and management, providing clarity for all clients.
1. Web Design Services
Our web design services include:
- Customized website design and development tailored to your business needs.
- Initial setup on our hosting platform to ensure your website is ready to go live.
2. Hosting and Management
To maintain optimal performance, SplitFire Graphics offers ongoing hosting and management services for a monthly fee. This service ensures your website remains live, secure, and up-to-date.
3. Self-Management Option
Clients who choose to manage their website independently can opt for our Self-Management Option for a one-time fee of $1,000.
Conditions for Self-Management:
a. Upon full payment, all necessary website files and access credentials will be transferred.
b. Clients assume responsibility for hosting, updates, and maintenance after the transfer.
c. SplitFire Graphics will no longer provide support or management once the website is transferred.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before design work begins.
- The $1,000 Self-Management fee must be paid in full prior to the transfer of website files.
5. Refund Policy
- Payments for web design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- The Self-Management Option fee is non-refundable after the website transfer is completed.
6. Termination of Services
Clients may terminate monthly management services with written notice.
- 30-Day Cancellation Policy: If canceling monthly services, one final payment will be billed.
- Clients must either opt for the Self-Management Option or the website will be taken offline after hosting services are discontinued.
7. Policy Updates
SplitFire Graphics LLC reserves the right to modify this Web Design Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected in the latest version of this document and communicated to clients as needed.
